"I demand the arrest of every member of the football club. I’ve coordinated this matter with the Minister of Sport... The Premier League has been trashed... These fucking idiots."

A drunken Nizhny Novgorod Region Tourism Minister, Sergei Yakovlev, scolded the local team "Pari NN" football players at the Nizhny Novgorod train station and demanded that the police detain them. He then threatened everyone with "Gleb Sergeyevich" (Governor Nikitin) and "Shishkin" (Deputy Prosecutor General Nikolai Shishkin).

The man claimed the athletes were allegedly drunk and insulting people. One of the football players joined the conversation. Sergey Yakovlev then launched into harsh criticism of the club’s play.

"Do you even know how to play? You’re missing the ball. You’ve screwed the Premier League. I’ve done more than you, boys!" the man declared.

At some point, the situation took a turn: the man was told he smelled of alcohol and was asked to follow the staff. "Oh, yeah? Cool," he replied.
