Media sources have disclosed the existence of a top-secret Russian intelligence unit — Center 795 (military unit 75127) — established at the end of 2022 by the General Staff.

The unit reports directly to Chief of the General Staff Valery Gerasimov. Investigations indicate the center carries out sabotage, kidnappings, and assassinations abroad. It is led by former Alpha Group officer Denis Fisenko, with Nikolai Zryachev as his deputy. Commanders include Alexander Polonsky, Anatoly Kovalev, and Alexander Isaenko, all previously linked to Unit 29155 under General Andrey Averyanov.

The center’s base is reportedly located in Patriot Park in Kubinka, on the territory of a training facility operated by the Kalashnikov Concern, which is part of Rostec headed by Sergey Chemezov. According to the investigation, the project was financed by businessman Andrey Bokarev.

One of the officers in the unit was Denis Alimov. In 2026, he was detained in Colombia at the request of the United States on charges of preparing kidnappings and assassinations of Kremlin opponents abroad.
