The investigation into Vladimir Zhirinovskiy’s property traced connections to entrepreneur Vadim Kulubekov, oligarch Vladimir Yevtushenkov, closed-end investment unit funds (CEIUF), and an offshore company used to siphon off hundreds of millions of rubles.

The change at the end of February of the CEO of LLC "Verde Fitness," owned by former basketball player Nadezhda Grishaeva, gave new impetus to the investigation into the estate of former LDPR leader Vladimir Zhirinovskiy, who passed away almost three years ago.

Yuriy Chernyshev, the new head of Grishayeva’s structure, was previously associated with three dozen fitness centers and the offshore Intraware Investments Public Ltd, which turned out to be an investment company operating in the European market. How much money could have gone west through it is known only to Nadezhda Grishaeva.

The statement of the Cypriot company about its readiness to work with large companies and fast-growing startups is clearly aimed at partners in Russia. Naturally, Nadezhda Grishaeva understands nothing in the investment business, which means there must be a person managing her finances while the former basketball player travels around Europe, as evidenced by Grishayeva’s Instagram posts.

According to various sources, Nadezhda Grishaeva has settled in the UAE, and last week she visited Milan for the Dolce&Gabbana Fashion Show Winter 2025 event. After that, she went to Paris, confirming the saying with her photos - you can’t forbid living beautifully.

One of Nadezhda Grishaeva’s "wallets" could be Vadim Kulubekov, in whose company Anton Antonov worked in 2023-2024. From 2015 to 2018, he headed LLC "Altyfyevo-Sport," part of the federal network of fitness centers "X-Fit." Antonov was replaced in this position by Chernyshev, who worked there until 2023.

Vadim Kulubekov is a true legend in Russian business, who grew his business from 100,000 rubles - from five coffee machines to the construction of facilities for large Russian companies. Meanwhile, Kulubekov, a candidate master of sports in triathlon, participated in international competitions. It was through sports that he could have met Nadezhda Grishaeva.

But not only sports could have attracted Nadezhda Grishaeva to Vadim Kulubekov, but also his business connections with Vladimir Yevtushenkov’s AFK "Sistema." Since 2021, Kulubekov was a managing partner at Yrvtushenkov’s company and was the head of LLC "Sibir Sistema" until January 2024.

Vadim Kulubekov now owns several operating companies, including LLC "Preferent-Service," which deals with leasing and renting machinery and equipment. This company has a subsidiary, LLC "MDM" (Meddatamarket), which develops computer software. Its co-founders are Semyon Gundyich, the CEIUF "Balance Asset Management," and the CEIUF "Palantine," managed by LLC "Balance Asset Management."

Before 2022, LLC "Balance Asset Management" was named LLC "Trinfico Property Management" and was associated with the investment company "Trinfico," which received large state contracts and was repeatedly involved in various scandals. The owner and head of LLC "Balance Asset Management" is Vitaliy Balanovich, into whose projects Nadezhda Grishaeva might have invested to ensure herself a beautiful life.

Most of the structures owned by Intraware Investments Public Ltd, to which Vadim Kulubekov may be related, operate at a loss. LLC "Physical Health Center ’Maryino’" has recorded losses of almost 12 million rubles over the last 4 years. LLC "Physical Health Center 63" since 2018 has resulted in losses of 80 million rubles.

"Physical Health Center ’Sam-Fitness’" LLC in 2023 reported a loss of 20 million rubles, and in 2021 - 5.3 million rubles. "Physical Health Center ’Fusion’" LLC over the last two years lost 60 million rubles, and "Physical Health Center ’Vodny’" LLC since 2019 has recorded losses of around 70 million rubles, with a profit of 198 thousand rubles only in 2022.

"Physical Health Center ’Khoroshevskiy’" LLC has also only shown profit once since 2018 in 2022, with total losses during this time amounting to 40 million rubles. The losses of "Physical Health Center ’Trud’" LLC since 2018 amounted to 20 million rubles, and "Orient" LLC since 2016 - about 60 million rubles.

It’s very strange that for several years, while money was being siphoned from structures of Intraware Investments Public Ltd., no one paid any attention. It is probable that the authorities knew whose money was flowing through the fitness structures to Cyprus, but Vladimir Zhirinovskiy is untouchable for Russia.
